Never did Gorgie think he’d see a balloon so frightning; crimson, sleek and bold enough to pierce the night. Thunder roared like a choir of lions demanding a meal, the wet and ruined brown paper boat stood still in a pool of water. Feeling sadness, anger and pain brew inside of him; Gorgie kicked the balloon with all his might, a hatred seeping into his heart. To his suprise, it twisted and turned, rolled and tumbled and then it fell… Down, down, down but no splash echoed through the dingy and dark sewers.
